1. Where do you ship?
Currently, I'm only shipping within the United States and Canada.
2. Can you track your order?
I offer 2 shipping options:
US: 1. Standard Shipping ($0.60, no tracking, mailed via postage) 2. Shipping with Tracking ($3.50)
Canada: 1. Standard Shipping ($2, no tracking, mailed via postage) 2. Shipping with Tracking ($12.50)
I HIGHLY recommend upgrading to Shipping with Tracking to guarantee your stickers arrive safely and on time. The postal system is more overwhelmed and unreliable during these times. If you choose untracked shipping, lost mail will only be replaced if there is stock left.
3. What are your stickers made of and how should I make them last?
Die-cut stickers are made of 100% waterproof, weatherproof and scratch resistant vinyl.
Sticker sheets are made with non-waterproof sticker paper.
4. When do orders get shipped out & how long does it take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after purchase. Stickers arrive typically within 2-7 days in the US, and 7-21 days to Canada, but may be delayed due to COVID-19.
If your order doesn't arrive within 3 weeks (US) or 4 weeks (Canada), please contact me here or through my Instagram (by.ktlam) DM.
